So, here it comes, the finale at Ferndale, Devious coaxed out of winter hibernation to come and bid farewell to a venue that has long been up there as one of our favorites (I’m thinking 2 and a half hour shows!) and more importantly, to hang out with all you guys up there who have become our friends over the years. Since we went away after Christmas its been nothing but hard work doing nothing so we thought we had better fly into the towers last week and try out some new tunes, there is about 4 hours to go til showtime and I’m still running through the new words in my head, trying to remember what they are and where they belong… Confident, ha, hell yeah, although as I sit and ponder, my mind drifts to the good old days, more importantly… doodle oodle ooh and the comfort it brought to 9 at 9 on so many occasions… I’m already tingling with excitement, there is a whiff of nerves and a shit load of ROCK busting to get out… Bring your horns Ferndale, lets turn this up to the max and put this baby to bed with style… See ya there… over and out!

And the bloody phone doesn`t stop!!

and we are trying to take it Easy!!!
We had planned to take 3 months off
to learn a load of new songs,
go into a studio and get some proper recording done
and generaly just bum around!
FAT CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING!!!!!
although the studio is booked and we WILL be learning new songs,we have even started writing our own but the trouble is they are so rude ,we will never play em anywhere!

Devious will be doing a lot more outdoor events this year
We are off to derby for a few very interesting shows in the summer as well as popping along to see the lovely people at malvern with theire mobile houses(campervans to you)
and a return to builth for the no bull rallie in august,
to name just a few events on the horizon!

This first new addition to our site is our attempt to get all up-close and personal with even more of you. We couldn’t do what we do without you guys and we can’t thank you enough for coming out and supporting us (week after week after week for some!).

The old news section will be kept for the time being but all new entries will shift to this blog where more of the band will be able to access and impart their wisdom at will. Scary eh? Anyway, we hope you like it and stick with it while we get to grips with everything that’s coming your way.
