Devious are proud to be performing at this event which promises to be a fantastic day with plenty to do for everyone and for such a worthy cause.
It will take place on Saturday 17th July at the magnificent Glanusk Estate, Crickhowell, NP8 1LP from 2.00pm til 12.00am. There will be 12 acts throughout the day, children’s entertainment consisting of face painting, pony rides, cinema, bouncy castles etc. various food vendors will be on-site as well as a marquee with drinks bar.
All this for £10 per ticket for adults, £3 for children over 5 years of age.
This is a Ticket Only Event! So no paying ‘on the door’.
To order you tickets, cheques should be made payable to The Welsh Guards Afghanistan Funds and accompanied by a Stamped Addressed Envelope for the return of the tickets. Send this along with how many you require to: Mr A.R.Hinder, 219 Tyle-Teg, Clydach, Swansea, SA6 5EF.
The band hate to cancel gigs but due to work commitments Jimmy9 will not be able to make this date and we have regretfully had to pull out. Sincere apologies to all those looking forward to coming along and supporting Devious but hopefully a new date can be arranged soon.

On an upside of weekends off tho I got to see Monophonics and Vertigo on the same bill at Penygraig Labour last Saturday night. A successful fund raising night for Make a Wish Foundation… Great cause, cool bands, lots of beers, thanks to the friends of Devious for your kind words to me and hope to arrange a show up at the club in the near future. Oh by the way, I won the mystery prize in the auction… IT WAS A BL**DY VASE

I met the drummer from Chaser in Asda, Tonypandy… I was buying Impulse and he was getting a lady shave… Rock and Roll baby, but seriously, Cool talking with you dude and nice to see all us bands on that there circuit go thru the same shit lol… Catch you guys soon…

This is not just any wedding thingy, this is a R&L Wedding thingy….!
Anyway, way back there on New Years Eve when Raymondo informed me that I would be at the wedding celebrations, I didnt realise at the time I was playing it lol…. Honor all the same guys, lets make it a good one… Irish Bingo anyone?… Peace on Earth

With Deamer on bass we shook the place
and in came boots from New Rock.
So, here it comes, the finale at Ferndale, Devious coaxed out of winter hibernation to come and bid farewell to a venue that has long been up there as one of our favorites (I’m thinking 2 and a half hour shows!) and more importantly, to hang out with all you guys up there who have become our friends over the years. Since we went away after Christmas its been nothing but hard work doing nothing so we thought we had better fly into the towers last week and try out some new tunes, there is about 4 hours to go til showtime and I’m still running through the new words in my head, trying to remember what they are and where they belong… Confident, ha, hell yeah, although as I sit and ponder, my mind drifts to the good old days, more importantly… doodle oodle ooh and the comfort it brought to 9 at 9 on so many occasions… I’m already tingling with excitement, there is a whiff of nerves and a shit load of ROCK busting to get out… Bring your horns Ferndale, lets turn this up to the max and put this baby to bed with style… See ya there… over and out!
